• Brief Introduction:

  1070 aluminium sheet contains 99.7% Al with the highest Al content in the 1 series of industrial aluminium. Therefore,1070 aluminium alloy has retained the excellent properties of pure aluminium itself, such as elongation processing, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and so on. In addition, the mechanical properties of 1070 aluminium sheet were slightly enhanced by the addition of a few alloying elements. 

Applications and Features:

1. High Conductivity. 1070 aluminium sheet has a conductivity {20℃(68℉)(%IACS)} of up to 62 and is second only to copper, silver and gold in thermal conductivity and conductivity. 

3. Excellent Corrosion Resistance. Similarly, 1070 aluminium sheet has excellent resistance to atmospheric and water corrosion, as well as to most acids and organic compounds.

4.Other Features. In addition, 1070 aluminum sheet is cooled and processed to improve its strength. It has poor cutting performance, but it can accept contact welding and gas welding, etc. There are other 1070 aluminium properties corresponding applications.

Usages of 1070 Aluminium Sheet

1. 1070 Aluminium Sheet for Bus Duct.

1070 aluminium sheet is used for bus groove with good electrical conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, light weight and moderate strength, meeting the performance requirements of bus groove. Common thickness is 10-400mm.

2. Other Usages

In addition,1070 aluminium sheet is also widely used in the products with low strength requirements, such as chemical instruments, sheet work pieces, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, welding parts, heat exchangers, clock surfaces and plates, nameplates, kitchen utensils, decorations, reflective appliances, etc.
