Aluminium Circle 1100 is also called aluminium disc 1100 or disco de aluminio in spanish. The Al content of 1100 aluminium is 99%.

It is cutted from aluminium coil with round shape.It can be processed by spinning or stamping to make aluminium utensils or cookware 

like aluminium cooking pot, aluminium basin, aluminium milk can, aluminiumcoffeepot, aluminium tea kettle, stock pot, belly pot, milk 

jars, round dabba, and aluminium lamp, and aluminium tray and so on.

Diameter: 100mm-1600mm

Alloy: 1050/1060/1100/1200/3003/5052

Temper(Hardness): HO(soft), H12/H22(quarter hard), H14/H24(half hard).

2. Mechanical Properties of 1100 Aluminium Circles(0.5mm-1.5mm thickness for example):

1) Elongation: 1100 HO: >22%, 1100 H12/H22: >5%, 1100 H14/H24: >3%.

2) Tensile Strength: 1100 HO: 75-105MPa, 1100 H12/H22: 95-130MPa,  1100 H14/H24: 110-145MPa.
