The main cause of corrosion is that the products are damped or encounter water in the process of production and circulation. Therefore, the main way to control the production of corrosion waste is to prevent aluminum foil from contacting water. Antiseptic measures:

(1)Strengthen the management of air dryer to ensure that there is no moisture in compressed air.

(2) Strengthen the management of rolling oil and control its water content below 400 x 0.000001.

(3) The packaging of aluminium foil rolls should be sealed, and appropriate amount of desiccant should be put into each roll.

(4) The humidity of wooden axles and boards in packing boxes is not more than 18%, and the temperature of aluminium rolls in packing boxes is not more than 45 degrees Celsius.

(5)Do not open the sealed package immediately when transported from low temperature area to high temperature and humidity area.

(6)Aluminum foil rolls should not be placed on roofs of workshops and warehouses where there are leaks of rain and snow.

(7)When transporting aluminum foil from low temperature area to high temperature area, sealing of packaging should be strengthened, and drying agent should be added when necessary.

(8)When packaging aluminum foil products in rainy season, it is necessary to strengthen sealed packaging and add desiccant.
